Stockton Unified School District needed a new campus in a short time, on a small site, with strict CC&Rs in an existing neighborhood. By using a combination of modular and site-built construction methods, TETER was able to get this new campus designed and built in just two years. The two-story classroom buildings made efficient use of the site. TETER had multiple meetings with the community in order for the project to blend seamlessly into the residential neighborhood.
