Mission accomplished

This newest building in a well-established business park designed by TETER kept the mission style architecture and detailing, but broke from the other buildings in one important aspect: a client wanted to buy half the building for their offices, leaving the other half for the developer to rent. This meant two entrances, separate utilities and sewer, and no connection between the two halves for fire safety—all in a building designed to look like a single unit. The beautiful detailing, including recycled wood beams, rustic-looking roof tiles, and small-paned windows, ties this phase-two building to its predecessors and continues the welcoming feel of the development. Our deep knowledge of Mission Oaks meant that, even as the pandemic hit at the beginning of the project, we were able to keep the design and construction of this building on schedule and done right.
