The modernization of the historic Standard Elementary School campus, spanning from 2018 to 2021, implemented a phased approach addressing the need for additional classrooms and major site and infrastructure improvements. The project added four new classroom buildings, a library/administration building, and updated the Multi-Purpose Building. TETER’s architects and engineers collaborated to deliver cost-effective solutions that maintained a classic school design in harmony with the existing campus.
