Working closely with the contractor and various departments at PG&E, TETER facilitated the intricate process of developing a new service center. This involved site selection, designing a pre-engineered building, navigating local municipal regulations, and planning site circulation. The outcome is a modern office space that meets LEED Silver certification standards, featuring a parking lot equipped with shade structures that incorporate solar cells, specialized buildings for hazardous materials, and safe circulation pathways for vehicles of all sizes.
