Associates connect to staff and are advocates on behalf of staff when organizational change is desired.

Ellie Duran is a Senior Project Manager and Studio Supervisor for the TETER Public Sector Team. Ellie boldly embraces projects whether they’re large-scale renovations or small tenant improvements- demonstrating professionalism in everything she does. Ellie currently services key North Valley clients including Yosemite Community College District.
Evan Bastian, PE is a technical expert and problem solver for some of our most complex electrical engineering challenges. Since joining the firm in 2007, Evan has been instrumental to the growth of TETER’s electrical program. Evan provides exceptional client service to important healthcare clients such as Kaiser Permanente and Kaweah Health.
Senior Project Manager Isela Barcenas is an essential resource for our Public Sector Team, recently overseeing significant projects for Panama Buena Vista Unified School District and Clovis Unified School District. Isela is an excellent and thoughtful communicator who never stops growing, always learning new skills, and strengthening her many abilities.
Kevin Bohnstedt, a Project Manager on the Multi-Sector Studio, is a champion for federal / military projects. Respected by clients and peers for his thoroughness, follow-through and expertise, Kevin is a teammate who helped establish a reputation for exceptional service. Kevin has been with the firm since 2005.
Upon joining the firm in 2014, Nicole Williams has tackled every challenge presented to her, investing not only in the training and development of our project administrators, but also in her own skills growth. Nicole has supported nearly every discipline team at TETER, now serving as the Business Unit Leader for the Public Sector Team. Her passion for project management has made her an integral part of our project delivery process, reinforcing the strength of our Project Managers and Architects as they expertly service our clients.
Tony Pavone, a visionary architect beloved by clients and contractors alike, invests in others through open collaboration and team-focused project management. Tony joined TETER in 2012 via a merger with Canby Architecture Studio and has been a vibrant teammate for our Public Sector Team. Tony has most recently completed exciting projects for Selma Unified School District, including their newly renovated stadium.
