Critical upgrade to the main entry control point for the Los Angeles Air Force Base to achieve acceptable activation sequence of final denial barriers to stop vehicular threats entering the base. As an additional measure, the entry control points needed to be in continuous use throughout construction, requiring a phased approach while keeping all controls on entry and exit from the base in compliance with all directives.
