The administrative office includes an office area and a multi-purpose room that accommodates 300 people, complete with a serving kitchen and an outdoor covered patio. Additionally, the training center offers testing laboratories for certifying electrical journeymen and houses a dispatch center for IBEW Local 100 electrical workers. Site enhancements include a carport/solar structure with photovoltaic solar panels. Union apprentices installed vehicle charging stations and the solar system as part of their training.
