A new two-story “mission-critical facility” for the Office of Information and Technology and Hospital Engineering Services includes a data center, administrative offices, and a fitness center. Due to the threat of terrorism to federal buildings and the sensitive nature of this mission-critical facility, TETER is incorporating mandatory federal high-security measures throughout its design. The project will be achieving LEED Silver Certification.
