New Modern Building Supports A Multitude of Academic Subjects

The most visible corner of College of the Sequoia’s Visalia Campus received a much needed upgrade. The improvements include additional square footage with a cutting edge design aesthetic to showcase the pride College of the Sequoias takes in its students and the community. State-of-the-art variable refrigerant flow mechanical design increases energy efficiency and long-term cost savings. Environmental design considerations include maximizing indirect light exposure and capitalizing on the scenic views of the campus interior. Interior spaces feature flexible and collaborative learning environments with integrated furniture and technology systems. The exterior entry plaza is also a public gathering space and entrance to the campus core.
