EXCELLENCE IN HEALTHCARE DESIGN
Lee Avila joined TETER in 2017 and brought with him 18 years of architectural experience in Healthcare.
As Partner in Charge of our Healthcare team, Lee has partnered with multi-facility clients including Kaiser Permanente, single-facility hospitals such as Valley Children’s Hospital, and various sizes and complexities of projects in between.
Mr. Avila exemplifies TETER’s passion for client service, and he has been fundamental in building our Healthcare team (see reverse) with the depth and breadth to meet our clients’ challenges.
His consistent project management practices and creative design solutions are just two of the reasons we are glad to have Lee at TETER.

Steve Jones has been a central part of our Mechanical program for 22 years.
He is at the core of both our technical expertise and the growth and development of our Mechanical team members.
From design to quality control, Mr. Jones’s experience in the field is invaluable, particularly with tricky designs or challenging requirements where, as they say, there is simply no substitute for experience.
