E&B Natural Resources consolidated employees from multiple locations into a new building on an empty plot adjacent to their existing headquarters. The new facility features a clean, attractive design that complements the original building, with departments strategically grouped for optimal workflow. An outdoor courtyard between the addition and the existing facility connects the two buildings. Accessibility on the site was improved, while safety was addressed with new security fencing.
