This three-story building, formerly used by a newspaper for forty years, contained facilities that were out of code compliance and in need of an upgrade. TETER overhauled the mechanical and electrical systems, installed ADA-compliant ramps and stairs, upgraded finishes, and unified the spaces for different departments. The renovated building now features functional office spaces, a state-of-the-art conference room, and vocational training areas, including a mechanical room with color-coded and labeled pipes to help students learn how various systems operate.
