Mountain View School is a new Transitional Kindergarten through 8th Grade school with hands-on teaching edible gardens. TETER balanced the owner’s budgetary concerns and educational programming requirements by using a combination of site-built and modular construction. Distinctive outdoor gathering spaces delineate the semi-independent 7th-8th grade mini-campus. A central student plaza integrates and connects the academic spaces and edible gardens into one cohesive campus.
