Value added

Everyone loves a deal, but this project gave the client extra value. Despite a tight budget and fixed program, through efficient design we were able to provide an out-of- program roof-mounted solar system within the original budget, and the building achieved LEED Gold certification, even though LEED Silver was the original goal. Perhaps best of all, the users are very happy with the ability to easily supervise kids and visitors, as well as having an energy-efficient building with generous play areas.
