In a well-established business park, TETER designed a new building that maintains the mission-style architecture and detailing of its surroundings. The client wanted to use half of the building for offices, leaving the other half for the developer to rent, essentially creating two separate spaces. Despite this, the building appears as a cohesive unit, with recycled wood beams, rustic roof tiles, and small-paned windows maintaining the park’s welcoming atmosphere.
