Inspired by the historic Farmersville Train Station, the new four-bay transit facility features a contemporary design with low-maintenance materials and is located next to a future City Hall and Fire Station. Serving as a hub for local and county-wide transit systems, it offers shelter for transit users and is strategically sited to support future rail travel. The facility also utilizes an existing rail spur to allow for potential passenger loading, aligning with the planned Cross Valley Corridor, which will connect Farmersville and nearby communities to the High-Speed Rail system.
